TFU Watchman/Guard

Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

Scope of Work: The guard of the Therapeutic Feeding Unit (TFU) will secure the facility, control access, and prevent unauthorized entry. The guard will monitor the premises, protect supplies/equipment, and maintain safe order around entry points. Any incidents, security risks, or unusual activities will be reported immediately to the supervisor. The guard will also follow all TFU safety and operational procedures while on duty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

o   The guard is responsible for the security of the assigned area, and is responsible for any disappearance occurred in his working area.

• The guard remains vigilant within the assigned area.
• The guard regularly patrols the assigned area.
• The guard must not leave his duty until the next shift guard arrival. In case the next shift guard does not come for any reason, then the on-duty guard should inform his Superior to relieve him from duty.

• Inform without delay the supervisor if anything in the premises is missing or damaged.
• Keep the yard/compound of the premises clean and orderly.
• Ensure that the security lights are all in working condition and report immediately any problem to his/her line manager.
• Help to load/unload trucks or cars upon request of the team.
• Maintain the proper functioning of his equipment used for work and report any broken materials.
• Ensure all doors of the building are closed and/or locked at night.
• Report any security related issues to the supervisor.
• Compound by garden duties:

• water the plants when necessary and take care of the whole garden.

• Put in the appropriate area the rubbish or burn it.
• make sure the water tank is always full.

• Participate in internal work meetings and inform the supervisor on logistic issues.

• Maintaining full confidentiality for all work-related information
• Other duties can be expected regarding issues faced on 

هدف وظیفه

محافظ مسئول تأمین امنیت عمومی افراد و اموال در ساحه کاری خود می‌باشد
او موظف است تا ثبت شفاف و منظم (شامل معلومات هویتی و امضاء مطابق الگوی تعیین‌شده) از تمامی افرادی که به محوطه وارد می‌شوند، نگهداری کند

:مسؤولیت‌ها

محافظ مسؤول تأمین امنیت ساحه تعیین‌ شده بوده و در برابر هرگونه مفقودی در محل کار خود پاسخ‌گو می‌باشد

باید در ساحه تعیین ‌شده همیشه هوشیار باشد

به‌طور منظم گشت ‌زنی در ساحه انجام دهد

تا زمانی که محافظ شیفت بعدی نرسیده، محل وظیفه را ترک نمی کند. در صورت عدم حضور محافظ بعدی به هر دلیلی، محافظ موظف باید آمر خود را مطلع سازد

در صورت مفقود شدن یا خساره‌ مند شدن هر وسیله در محوط، بی‌درنگ به آمر یا مدیر پروژه اطلاع دهد

محوطه (حویلی) باید پاک و منظم نگه داشته شود

از سالم بودن چراغ‌های امنیتی محوطه اطمینان حاصل کند و در صورت مشکل فوری به مدیر پروژه اطلاع دهد

در صورت نیاز، در بارگیری و تخلیه وسایط تیم کمک نماید

وسایل کاری خود را به‌درستی نگهداری کرده و هرگونه وسایل خراب را گزارش دهد

در شب تمام دروازه‌های ساختمان باید بسته و/یا قفل گردد

هرگونه موضوع امنیتی را به آمر مربوطه گزارش دهد

:وظایف مربوط به محوطه و باغچه

سبزیجات  را در صورت نیاز آب‌دهی کند و از باغچه به‌طور کامل مراقبت نماید

زباله‌ها را در محل مشخص شده قرار داده یا بسوزاند

اطمینان حاصل کند که تانکر آب همیشه پرمی باشد

در جلسات کاری داخلی شرکت کرده و آمر خود را در مورد موضوعات لوژستیکی مطلع سازد

تمام معلومات مرتبط با کار را به‌طور کامل محرم نگه دارد

انجام سایر وظایف مربوطه طبق نیاز و به هدایت آمر مستقیم

توانایی گوش‌دادن، مشاهده و درک رفتار دیگران

آگاهی فرهنگی: درک و تشخیص تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، نورم‌ها و عادات اجتماعی؛

انعطاف‌پذیری: پذیرش تنوع فرهنگی و شیوه‌های رفتاری متفاوت؛

مدیریت پیچیدگی و استرس: توانایی شناسایی شرایط دشوار یا استرس‌زا

شایستگی‌های تخنیکی

مهارت‌های کاری محافظ: درک وظایف ابتدایی محافظ ، توانایی برخورد مناسب با مراجعین و نگهداری اموال ‌

School graduted. Preferably to have 3+ years of experience especially with I/NGO’s.

Language: spoken and written Dari / Pashto. Spoken and written English will be a strong advantage.

Has to be very punctual and committed to MdM programs.

Should report any case of emergency.

Sense of confidentiality.

Have knowledge about basic security procedural measures.
