The Faculty of Computer Science (BCS) at Mustaqbal University invites applications for the aforementioned position. 1. Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):
2. Preparing daily lesson plan as per the academic curriculum of MU.
3. Planning teaching, including lectures, seminars/tutorials and learning materials.
4. Meeting students individually to discuss progress.
5. Publish their research works or findings in academic books or journals.
6. To conduct Computer Science classes through best teaching method for Computer Science students as per the academic curriculum, policy and procedures of Ministry of Higher Education and the department of MU.
7. Preparing and conducting Assignments, Quizzes and tests for BCS classes as well as providing necessary support to the management in above areas on regular intervals.
8. Maintaining class management & Discipline.  
9. Pursuing research.
10. Carrying out administration, such as attending faculty meetings and writing reports.
11. Reporting class progress to the Head of Computer Science & MU Management.
12. Attending management meetings for teachers.
13. Writing research proposals, papers and other publications
14. Working as per the MU rules & regulations and following all the policy & procedures with strong consideration to its privacies & norms.
15. Review, assess and evaluate the activities and progress of students.
16. Assist examination department and make presence in the examination hall during examinations and in the conduction of entry test.
17. Work with other faculty and administrators in developing program curriculum, standards, and policies, including reviewing and participating in textbook selection process where appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science with Specialization in Program Development, Networking and Database (attested from the Ministry of Higher Education) from a recognized university/ Institute.
2. EXPERIENCE: 2- 4 years’ experience in training and teaching in Computer Science Subjects.
3. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English, Dari & Pashto.
4. COMPUTER SKILLS: knowledge of using Office Automation (MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Presentation especially for the delivering lecturer and etc). 
5. PERSONAL QUALIFICATION: Must be hard worker, sincere and honest having strong teaching skill & knowledge. 
6. Degree must be attested by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan.
