Job Description
1- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CARE Cross boarder conflict response activities Paktiya and Khost provinces, including each assistance, NFI distribution and emergency support.
2- ensure ALL activities are implemented on time, within scope, and in line with donor requirements, CARE standards and cluster guidelines.
3- Oversee beneficiary identification and verification processes using transparent and accountable targeting criteria.
4- supervise field provincials teams in the conducting survey and supporting the data collection process
5- Monitoring progress against work-plans and ensure timely reporting on achievements and challenges.
1- provide support on MPCA assistance, including transfer delivery mechanisms, and post-distribution monitoring.
2- ensure the vulnerability assessment and registration
3- provide support in the conducting survey and data collection for the purpose of the multi purpose cash assistants (MPCA)
4- Conduct regular field visits to assess progress, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
1- coordination with CARE provincial level team and local authorities for the purpose of the conducting survey in the target location.
2- Maintain close coordination with local authorities, community elders, UN agencies, INGOs/NGOs and partner to ensure proper coordination
3- coordinate with local authorities and community leaders for door to door household survey
1- manage daily tasks given by CARE field response team at the provincial level ensuring clear roles, quality performance, and adherence to CARE policies.
4- Ensuring that all team members follow safety, safeguarding, and protection protocols during field activities.
any task assigned by field supervisor or FSL program coordinator as per capacity and availability of the staff.
Job Requirements
at least 12th graduation grade or above with 2 years solid experience in survey and in data collection
bachelor degree in social science or above 2 years experience
12th grade of above graduation
two solid years of experience in the field of survey and data collection
advance skills in the communication and coordination
excellent knowledge in the using of the KOBO and other data analyzing tools
able to speak in both local languages
higher than listed above
