Job Description

The HR & Finance Officer is a dual-role position responsible for managing core human resources functions alongside financial and accounting operations. This role ensures efficient workforce management while maintaining accurate financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of balancing both people-focused and numerical responsibilities.

 

  • Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources Duties

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, inductions)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Administer payroll in coordination with finance functions
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Manage leave, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Finance & Accounting Duties

  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and documentation
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and audits
  • Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions

Job Requirements
