• Develop short-term and long-term marketing and business growth strategies
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market share
• Conduct detailed market research, customer analysis, and competitor monitoring
• Design, manage, and evaluate marketing and sales campaigns
• Increase sales volume through creative promotions and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and key clients
• Lead brand positioning, visibility, and customer trust initiatives
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, online ads, promotions)
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align growth goals
• Preparing, organizing, and managing market-related information and announcements to support growth based on marketing strategies.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
• Represent the market in meetings, negotiations, and business forums

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or business development
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve growth targets
