About CRDSA

Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 3 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Ghor,and Badghis. Currently, CRDSA is implementing a UNICEF funded project in Herat province (Injil district and Herat city villages) for a duration of six months. the project will provide accredited Digital Skills, Literacy and Numeracy training to youth and adolescents in the targeted districts. 

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome trainees, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage trainee registration, maintain attendance records, and update participant databases.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about training schedules and programs.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, including classroom allocation and materials distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception and training environment.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure confidentiality of participant information and sensitive data.
  • Report operational issues, trainee concerns, or logistical challenges to the Training Center Coordinator.
  • Promote a gender-sensitive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.

  • Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; basic English is an asset.
