The Reintegration officer will support the social and economic reintegration of students graduating from vocational programs in their respective provinces through:

• Facilitating employment placements with local businesses and employers.
• Creating linkages between graduates and business opportunities or companies seeking skilled workers.
• Assisting graduates in starting small businesses through market research and connecting them to needed resources.
• Promoting the professional skills of clients in local markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify local employers and businesses in the province whose needs match the clients’ vocational skills (such as tailoring, carpentry, mechanics and etc ).
•  vocational graduates in preparing résumés, practicing interview skills, and applying for jobs.
• Conduct outreach to local markets and businesses to promote the skills of graduated clients.
• Connect clients with local suppliers, microfinance institutions, or tool/equipment providers.
• Monitor and follow up with employed clients to ensure job retention or business sustainability.
• Submit updates and reports on activities, challenges, and results in the province to the provincial supervisor.
• Participate in trainings or capacity-building sessions organized by WADAN.
• Ensure gender-sensitive approaches to support female graduates in accessing opportunities.
• Preparation of client-related documentation, including the development of distribution lists for refreshments and transportation costs, as well as updating the client database.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social engagement, marketing, or employment support specially working in VST project.
• Familiarity with the local market and employment situation in the province.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Dari/Pashto; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
• Residency in the respective province.
