Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Duties
-
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
-
Supervise support staff (cleaners, drivers, guards, etc.)
-
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
2. Financial Duties
-
Maintain financial records and accounting systems
-
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
-
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and transactions
-
Process invoices, payments, and payroll
-
Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits
3. Reporting & Compliance
-
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
-
Assist in internal and external audits
-
Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting
-
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
4. Coordination & Support
-
Support management in planning and decision-making
-
Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and stakeholders
-
Assist HR with employee records and contracts
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
-
2–5 years of relevant work experience
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
