Job Description

Under the overall supervision of senior management, the Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the operational, administrative, and academic functions of the academy branch. The incumbent will oversee staff coordination, ensure quality training delivery, support student engagement, and contribute to the institutional growth of the academy.

The position requires strong leadership skills, operational management capacity, and the ability to foster a productive and collaborative learning environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·         Oversee and manage daily administrative and operational activities of the academy branch.

·         Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

·         Monitor branch performance and ensure efficient service delivery.

·         Supervise instructors and administrative staff to ensure effective performance.

·         Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to staff members.

·         Facilitate effective internal communication and teamwork.

·         Monitor training delivery and ensure quality standards are maintained.

·         Ensure proper scheduling of classes and effective use of training resources.

·         Support continuous improvement of educational programs and learning outcomes.

·         Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders.

·         Address student concerns and promote a supportive learning environment.

·         Support student recruitment and engagement initiatives.

·         Maintain financial records, budgets, and operational reports.

·         Ensure efficient utilization of resources.

·         Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for senior management.

·         Support marketing initiatives and outreach activities.

·         Contribute to enrollment growth and program promotion.

·         Identify innovative opportunities to improve institutional performance.

·         Perform any other duties assigned by senior management in support of organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum of 3 years’ proven management experience (preferably in education area)

·         Fluency in English (written and spoken).

·         Proficiency in Dari and/or Pashto is required.

·      Must currently reside in Kabul (Arzan Qaimat preferred)

·         Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

·         Marketing management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·         Ability to work under pressure and achieve organizational targets.

·         Thorough understanding of management practices, sales strategies, and industry regulations.

·         Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

·         Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
