Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor at SMUB Foods Manufacturing Company will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining product quality, and supervising production staff. The role requires strong leadership, precise coordination, and strict adherence to food safety and nutrition production standards. The Production Supervisor will monitor machinery, manage shift operations, control material usage, and ensure all production targets are achieved on time while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or factory operations.

• Strong ability to lead and supervise production staff across shifts.

• Hands-on experience with production machinery, equipment monitoring, and workflow coordination.

• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and nutrition quality requirements.

• Ability to prepare daily production reports and track material usage.

• Strong understanding of production planning, output targets, and efficiency optimization.

• Ability to identify operational issues and coordinate solutions quickly.

• Familiarity with inventory coordination, raw material tracking, and reporting shortages.

• Good communication skills for coordination with maintenance, logistics, and quality control teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production deadlines.
