Job Description

Al Mustahan Construction Company (AMCC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Officer to manage financial records, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations. The Finance Officer will support project-based financial management and report directly to the Finance Manager / General Director.

Job Requirements

 

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll and staff payments.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor advances issued to site teams and ensure proper settlement.
  • Review subcontractor invoices and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents (hard & soft copy).
  • Ensure compliance with Afghan tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors when required.
