Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Informing concerned employees about the trainings and ensuring timely start and completion of every training session. Ensuring that the training venue is ready for the training session.

2.Ensuring that the training material is up-to-date and printing out training support materials.

3.Recording the attendance of employees for the training session and preparing training reports and certificates.

4.Keeping track of employees training records and maintaining them while an employee resigns from service of the bank.

5.Prepare training expense reports / budget and statements for Finance department.

6. Develop the training materials, manuals and regulations. Handing out training feedback forms and collecting them.

7.Inform the available trainings to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.

8.Ensuring that employees receive statutory required trainings. Also, s/he is responsible for processing of the payments / invoices related to EA department.

9.Scanning education documents (Academic, certifications, courses, diplomas) and updating profiles of employees in GB Suite.

10.Have records and MIS of all training reports in Hard/Soft format.

11. Update and have all records regarding training payments and training bonds.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• Certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or related areas are advantageous.

Experience Required:

 • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related EA function.

•Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Competencies Required:        

•Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.

•Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.

•Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.

•Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and logistics.

•Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.

•Analytical skills to evaluate training outcomes and improve future programs.
