Action for welfare and Development in Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance marketing knowledge, skills, and performance. The role involves training marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, branding, sales techniques, and market analysis to project beneficiaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (3+ years typically required)
• Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts.
