Job Descriptions:

The Coordinator is responsible for organizing, supporting, and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, activities, and tasks
  • Track operational performance and prepare regular status reports
  • Communicate updates and information between departments or external parties
  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintains records, documents, and reports accurately
  • Assist in planning and executing projects or events
  • Identify and resolve routine issues and escalate when necessary
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks
  • Handle internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, processes, and initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with business needs

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles preferred
