Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD).  In order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.

To coordinate project activities implementation with the respective project coordinator at the provincial level and to ensure that BARAN project and program development system and policy objectives are adhered to within the province;
Serve as a linkage and intermediary between (project) teams, strengthening cooperation and coordination, and helping ensure continued roll out of “One Team” approach;
Ensure that project is being implemented and documentation collected according to donor requirements and norms (based on the donor contracts) and BARAN systems/policies;
Ensure that BARAN CBNP project being implemented in a transparent and accountable way and fully accepted by its beneficiaries.

2-         External Relations, Policy and advocacy

Participate in all coordination meetings at provincial level when required or assigned by project coordinator;
Responsible for representing BARAN professionally.
To ensure that technical inputs from the Senior Management of BARAN are being adhered to;
To ensure that BARAN's policies and guidelines are adhered to within the province.
To ensure the BARAN office working environment has been kept women friendly and racism free.  

3-         General

To be responsible to do assessment (TNA if required), conduct the planned trainings and awareness sessions to CHSs, CHWs, FHAGs, Facility and community health shuras members and other community based stakeholders and performing monitoring/ supervision from implementation phase;
To be responsible to maintain contact with all the BARAN beneficiaries, even after the conclusion of an activity;     
To be responsible for needs assessments and project planning in the province especially for capacity building activities under CBNP project;
To be responsible for providing information from field level to the central level when required or assigned by project coordinator;
To be responsible to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from capacity building and monitoring/ supervision activities as required by your supervisor.  
To be responsible for providing information on the technical aspects of the programs to the senior management and project focal points when required or assigned by project coordinator;
To ensure all the collected facts for the program development purpose are reflecting the real needs on ground and strategy to respond is effect full;
Carry out appropriate Monitoring & Evaluation activities regularly (including data collection & analysis, monitoring of project progress against established work plans, monitoring of established indicators and utilization of results to inform program design);
Contribute to the integration of program activities to create coherent, quality and complimentary programming;
Be responsible to keep records from all the BARAN activities especially CBNP project in your respective province.

Midwife and Nursing  degree holder with proven document of nutrition master trainer, MD degree with experience in capacity building program is prefer;
Good knowledge of BPHS/EPHS system;
Good spoken and written knowledge in English, Pashto and Dari is the must;
At least 3 years of experience with nutrition related activities;
At least 2 years of NGO experience.
