د افغاني سرې میاشتې ټولنه (ARCS) په 1934 کې تاسیس شوې، یوه خپلواکه، بشردوستانه اداره ده چې د افغانستان دولت لخوا د دولتي ادارو لپاره د مرستندویه په توګه پیژندل شوې. ARCS د ناورین سره د غبرګون خدماتو په وړاندې کولو کې مهم رول لوبوي. د سرې میاشتې قانون د ۲۰۱۶ کال له مخې، ARCS خپل فعالیتونه د بشریت، بې پرېتوب، بې پرېتوب، خپلواکۍ، رضاکارانه خدمتونو، یووالي او نړیوالتوب له اصولو سره سم ترسره کوي. د نورو په منځ کې، ARCS دنده لري چې د ناورین ځپلو ټولنو سره مرسته وکړي، بیړني سرپناه چمتو کړي، او زیانمنونکو خلکو ته د مرستې توکي وویشي. د 7 سیمه ایزو څانګو او 34 والیتي څانګو او د 20,000 څخه زیاتو کارمندانو او روزل شوي رضاکارانو شبکې له لارې، ARCS د یو څو ملي سازمانونو څخه دی چې په ټول هیواد کې پراخ او لاسرسی لري. په تیرو لسیزو کې، ARCS په دې توانیدلی چې خپل بې طرفي وساتي او د منلو څخه خوند واخلي چې ټیمونه یې د جګړې په لیکو کې د اصولو بشري عمل ترسره کړي، په شمول د هغو سیمو په لویه برخه کې چې د وسله والو مخالفینو تر کنټرول لاندې دي. د سره صليب د سرې مياشتې د غورځنګ د ملګرو په ملاتړ – د سره صليب او سرې مياشتې ټولنې نړيوال فدراسيون (IFRC)، د سره صليب نړيواله کميټه (ICRC) او د ناروې سره صليب – ARCS هم پياوړی شوی دی. د دې مدیریت سیسټمونه، طرزالعملونه او شراکتونه د عامه چارواکو په غوښتنه یا د خپل نوښت لاندې بیړنیو حالتونو ته د ځواب ویلو لپاره

معلومات مختصر در مورد جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت 

جمعیت هلال احمر افغانستان که در سال 1934 تأسیس شد، یک نهاد مستقل و بشردوستانه است که توسط دولت افغانستان به عنوان یک نهادخیریه و بیطرف برای ادارات دولتی به رسمیت شناخته شده است. جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات رضاکارانه و کمک های بشری ایفاء میکند. بر اساس قانون و اساس نامه جمعیت ملی فعالیت های خویش  را مطابق با اصول هفت گانه خویش  بشردوستی، بی طرفی، استقلالیت، خدمات رضاکارانه، وحدت و جهان شمولیت غیر جانبداری انجام می دهد. از جمله، جمعیت ملی وظیفه دارد به جوامع آسیب دیده کمک کند، سرپناه اضطراری تهیه کند و اقلام امدادی را بین افراد آسیب پذیر توزیع کند. جمعیت هلال احمر از طریق شبکه ای متشکل از 7 زون ساحوی و 34 نمایندگی در ولایات میباشدکه بیش از 20000 کارمند و رضاکار آموزش دیده،با همکاری سازمان های ملی و بین المللی با در سطح کشور برای کاهش الارم بشری در طول دهه‌های گذشته، جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی سره میاشت موفق شده است که بی‌طرفی خویش را حفظ کند و از پذیرشی برخوردار است که تیم‌هایش را قادر می‌سازد تا اقدامات بشردوستانه اصولی را در سراسر خطوط درگیری، از جمله در بخش‌های بزرگی از مناطق تحت کنترل گروه‌های مخالف مسلح، انجام دهند. با حمایت شرکای خود مانند اداره محترم - فدراسیون بین المللی صلیب سرخ (IFRC)، کمیته بین المللی صلیب سرخ (ICRC)  و دیگر شرکای خویش تقویت میگردد .

About Afghan Red Crescent Society( ARCS) جمعیت هلال احمر افغانی (سره میاشت):

Established in 1934, the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) is an independent, humanitarian institution which has been recognized by the government of Afghanistan as an auxiliary to State agencies. ARCS play an important role in delivering disaster response services. Under the 2016 Red Crescent Law, ARCS carry out its activities in accordance with the principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary services, unity and universality. Among others, ARCS have the duty to provide assistance to disaster-affected communities, supply emergency shelter, and distribute relief items to vulnerable people. Through its network of 7 regional branches and 34 provincial branches and more than 20,000 staff and trained volunteers, ARCS is amongst the few national organizations with nation-wide outreach and access. Over the past decades, ARCS has managed to uphold its neutrality and enjoys acceptance enabling its teams to carry out principled humanitarian action across the lines of conflict, including in the large portions of the territories controlled by armed opposition groups. 1. Aim of the Position

The CBHFA Department operates within the community health framework of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, focusing on volunteer-driven health promotion, first aid, disease prevention, community engagement and community resilience initiatives.

The Head of CBHFA Department is responsible for ensuring effective and timely implementation of CBHFA projects and focuses on operational leadership, close follow-up of field activities, systematic monitoring, high-quality reporting, and strengthening the performance, motivation, and capacity of staff and volunteers.

2. Main Responsibilities and Qualifications

A. Main Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation of CBHFA projects in accordance with approved plans and
  budgets.
• Translate project documents into clear operational work plans for branches and field teams.
•         Closely follow up on field-level implementation to address delays and challenges promptly.
•         Provide operational input during proposal development based on field experience.
•         Contribute lessons learned and implementation feedback to improve future project design.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement follow-up, and operational support as needed.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activity progress and quality of service delivery.
• Ensure proper use of monitoring tools and data collection systems at branch level.
• Track project indicators against planned targets and timelines.
• Identify implementation gaps and take corrective action.
• Facilitate regular review meetings with field staff and volunteers.

B. Reporting and Documentation

• Review and consolidate branch-level reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor financial expenditure against project budgets in coordination with finance staff.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and final project reports.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from the field.

C. Staff Supervision, Motivation, and Capacity Building

• Directly supervise CBHFA staff and provide regular performance feedback.
• Develop capacity-building plans for department staff and volunteers.
• Conduct planned training, refresher courses, and coaching sessions.
• Strengthen volunteer engagement, retention, and motivation mechanisms.

• Support coordination with local health authorities at operational level.
• Represent the department in coordination meetings when required.

.  Education

• Bachelor’s of MD and Public Health, Plus point Master’s degree of MPH and medical management

B.  Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in health project implementation.
• At least 2–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role in community base project.
• Strong experience in field-level monitoring and operational management.
• Speak confidently in English and writing and reading most be excellent level.
