Job Descriptions:

Position Summary:
The Human Resources intern will support the Human Resources and Administration department in all HR tasks. The intern will receive on-the-job training in related HR department tasks.

 

The intern will be responsible for the following services:
 

Human Resources

 

  • To help HR Department in various administrative activities according to the assigned TOR.
  •  Filing, coding and checking of HR personal files.
  • Assist HR team to prepare the monthly time sheets and provide required reports to his/her supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking staff leaves.
  • Scanning, copying and collecting required documents.
  • Provide support in ID card preparation for new staff.
  • Comply with all RI rules and regulations
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the department head.

Job Requirements:

  • School graduate student (class 12th) or currently enrolled in a full-time university program (first-year student), preferably in Business Administration;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with, e-mail, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team oriented, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong organization skill
  • Good knowledge  in English, and fluency in the local language  Pashto and Dari
