Smart Taxation Services is one of the trusted consultancies in Afghanistan which has registered with the Afghanistan Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance under the license number 135145515 with aims to provide Advisory, Taxation, and Audit services to national and international Organizations.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Training & Business
Development Manager to manage training programs and expand our
taxation and financial services business.
Training Management
·
Design, develop, and manage
training programs for students and external participants
·
Conduct capacity-building
sessions related to taxation, accounting, and compliance.
·
Prepare training materials,
course outlines, and learning resources.
·
Ensure training programs
align with company objectives and local market needs.
·
Evaluate training effectiveness
and continuously improve program quality.
Business Development (Taxation Services)
·
Identify and pursue new
business opportunities in taxation and financial services.
·
Build and maintain strong
relationships with different category of taxpayers.
·
Conduct market research to
identify client needs and industry trends.
·
Prepare proposals,
quotations, and service agreements.
·
Attend client meetings,
networking events, and business forums.
·
Achieve assigned monthly
and annual business development targets.
·
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
·
Experience in training
delivery, education, or capacity building is an advantage.
·
Strong communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills.
·
Ability to work
independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
·
Good networking and
relationship-building skills.
·
Minimum 3 years of
experience in training, business development, or professional services
·
Experience working with capacity
building, taxation, financial and audit companies are preferred.
