Otatickets.com employs an advanced system that integrates Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services from travel service providers, airlines, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). It is designed to accommodate a diverse clientele and features a user-friendly interface supported by advanced functionality.

Our online platform, Otatickets.com, is Afghanistan’s first B2C online flight booking portal, designed to simplify travel bookings by providing instant access to global airline networks, competitive fares, and secure online payment methods.

Job Descriptions:

Financial Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage company budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance of all business units.

Tax & Compliance

  • Resolve and manage company tax clearance and tax compliance issues with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Afghan financial laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.

Accounting & Financial Systems

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping of all income and expenses.
  • Ensure full implementation of accounting systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, XL, Wiztrave or similar software’s).
  • Supervise accounting staff and financial operations.

Audit & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct internal financial reviews and support online audit processes.
  • Ensure transparent reporting of revenues, expenses, and profitability for all monthly quarterly yearly report of all.

Banking & Financial Coordination

  • Manage company bank accounts, cash management, and financial transactions.

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in finance or accounting (experience in service sector is a strong advantage).
  • Proven experience in tax clearance, tax compliance, and financial audits.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting systems.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Dari (Pashto is an advantage).
