Otatickets.com employs an advanced system that integrates Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services from travel service providers, airlines, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). This sophisticated integration empowers the platform to offer a comprehensive range of travel options, including international flights. It is designed to accommodate a diverse clientele and features a user-friendly interface supported by advanced functionality.

Our online platform, Otatickets.com, is Afghanistan’s first B2C online flight booking portal, designed to simplify travel bookings by providing instant access to global airline networks, competitive fares, and secure online payment methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline reservations and ticket sales for both domestic and international flights.
• Assist customers in selecting the best travel routes, schedules, and fares.
• Issue, revalidate, reissue, and cancel tickets according to airline policies.
• Provide accurate fare quotations using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or others).
• Handle WhatsApp messages, phone inquiries, and online portal clients (otatickets.com).
• Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and corporate clients.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and coordinate with airlines for special requests.
• Keep records of daily sales transactions entering daily invoices on database.
• Ensure high-quality customer service, problem resolution, and timely responses.
• Perform other ticketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or diploma in Business, Tourism, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in airline ticket sales and reservations.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
