We are looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer who can handle graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, can work across digital platforms, and can turn ideas into engaging visual content.

The designer will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals for branding, social media, websites, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print (social media, ads, banners, presentations, brochures)
• Create and edit videos for marketing, social media, and internal use
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video titles
• Design and animate logos, intros, and promotional visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
• Prepare files for digital publishing and print production
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and social media teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Color theory
  • Layout and composition
  • Branding and visual identity
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals

Software Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animation)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
• Basic knowledge of Figma or similar design tools (preferred)

Video & Motion Skills

• Motion graphics and animation principles
• Video editing, cutting, and pacing
• Adding transitions, text, and visual effects
• Basic sound synchronization and editing

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Photography or videography basics
• Social media content creation experience
• UI/UX or web design basic

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor degree in computer science or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia and designing.
• Strong proficiency in Dari , Pashto and English. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media proficiency and ability to leverage social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines and client interactions simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
