We are seeking a professional and motivated Digital Marketing & Business Development Officer to manage the complete digital presence of our hotel and event facilities, while also supporting business development, bidding, and contract-related activities with local and international organizations.

This role requires a self-managed individual who can independently handle digital marketing, content creation, and online growth, while also assisting in proposal preparation, project bidding, and client communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Marketing Teacher with solid practical experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will teach students real-world marketing skills, with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing, Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, live demonstrations, and practical assignments to prepare students for the job market.

 

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core marketing concepts with a strong emphasis on digital marketing
  • Deliver hands-on training in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Teach practical Facebook (Meta) Ads: campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and optimization
  • Train students on Google Ads (Search, Display, and basic Performance Max)
  • Teach SEO fundamentals and practical skills (keyword research, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, and content optimization)
  • Create structured lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises
  • Assign and evaluate real-world projects such as ad campaigns, SEO audits, and content plans
  • Explain analytics and performance tracking using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and career guidance to students
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
  • Practical experience with keyword research tools and SEO best practices
  • Ability to teach practical skills, not just theory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teaching, training, or coaching experience
  • Digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, SEO certifications)
  • Experience working with real businesses, e-commerce, hotels, or service-based brands
