The Admin/Finance Officer will manage and oversee financial and administrative operations to ensure smooth and effective project implementation in Helmand and Paktia provinces. The position is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll processing, compliance with donor and organizational policies, and coordination with procurement and logistics teams to support program activities.
