We are seeking a qualified professional with strong English communication skills and proven experience in tendering and bidding processes. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and submitting complete tender documents. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and bidding, hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Procurement or Project Management), and be based in Kabul City. Candidates with prior experience working in logistics and construction companies in a similar position will be preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Review and analyze tender documents.
• Prepare, complete, and submit tender and bid documents in full compliance with tender instructions
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contracting authorities for clarifications and follow-ups
• Maintain a tender tracking system and update management on bid status and results
Job Requirements
• able to speak, write, and read English very well, Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes, prepare, complete, and submit tender documents. Coordinate bid submissions.
Qualifications :
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and bidding.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree. (Procurement of Project management is an advantage)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administration and financial roles.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
