We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Transmission Line Infrastructure to lead and manage power transmission line projects from planning through successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical, operational, and commercial aspects of transmission line works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in high-voltage transmission line projects, including route survey coordination, right-of-way (ROW) management, tower foundations, erection, stringing, sagging, and final commissioning support. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution across all project phases.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams in challenging field environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in power transmission line and Construction projects
• Proven experience managing high-voltage transmission lines (132kV, 220kV, 400kV, or higher)
• Strong knowledge of transmission line construction activities and methodologies
• Experience in ROW management and working in remote or challenging locations
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required
