Watan’s Social & Technical Services Association (WSTA) is an Afghan non-profit organization founded in 1992 to deliver humanitarian assistance to the country’s most vulnerable communities. Registered with the Ministry of Economy (License No. 352) and UNOPS, and a proud member of ANCB and ACBAR, we have implemented over 250 projects across 20 provinces in partnership with UNHCR, UNDP, WFP, IOM, CARE, and many others.
From our Kabul headquarters and 10 provincial offices, our 400 dedicated staff (including 80 talented women) provide shelter, food, water, education, livelihoods, and protection—always with a special focus on empowering women and children affected by conflict.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Proposal Writer/Fundraising to join us in Kabul and play a pivotal role in securing the funding that keeps our life-changing programs running. Reporting to the Program Director, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and field teams to craft winning proposals that bring hope and resilience to Afghan families.
