1. Creating & managing the marketing campaigns (in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Department).
2. Providing basic technical support to the instruments (software).
3. Prospecting, generating leads & increasing the number of active customers.
4. Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions.
5. Supporting line manager in overseeing the department’s/branch’s operations.
6. Conducting market research for customer demands & competitor’s sales and marketing approach in the respective territory.
7. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate NHL messages to customers.
8. Visiting current and prospective customers on a daily basis.
9. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for Sales & Marketing manager’s review.
10. Communicating with clients, NHL-MO engineers, and other technicians to ensure that technical services are delivered effectively.
11. Any other identical task assigned by the management of the company from time to time.

1. Qualifications: 

• Diploma/Bachelor  in Medical Laboratory Technology (D/BMLT), Bachelor degree will be given preferences
• Good Proficiency in Computer Programs (Office Automation)
• Understanding National & English Languages
• Good Organizational Skills

2. Experience: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience in relevant fields, Marketing experience will be added value.

3. Technical Skills: 

• Experience using Microsoft Office package; 
• Extensive experience writing reports; 
• Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari; 
• Commitment to the mission and objectives of the project and CHA; 
• Be able to move to the field, visit all project locations, and possibly new areas where CHA may plan assessments, projects.
