Job Descriptions:

Position Summary

The Stock Officer is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording all pharmaceutical products in the warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage conditions, and correct documentation in compliance with company SOPs.

Main Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Storage
 • Receive incoming stock against purchase orders
 • Check quantities, expiry dates, and batch numbers
 • Arrange and store products according to FEFO / FIFO rules
 • Maintain proper storage temperature and warehouse cleanliness

2. Inventory Management
 • Update daily stock levels in the system/register
 • Ensure accuracy of stock cards for each product
 • Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, and short expiry stock
 • Perform daily/weekly stock reconciliation
 • Report stock variances immediately

3. Stock Issuance
 • Prepare stock issue slips for sales team and customers
 • Pack orders based on invoice
 • Ensure correct quantity and batch issued
 • Maintain delivery records

4. Documentation & Reporting
 • Maintain GRN, delivery challans, bin cards
 • Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports
 • Report expired, damaged, or returned goods
 • Assist in preparing monthly stock reports

5. Compliance
 • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage rules
 • Follow FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
 • Maintain safety and hygiene inside the warehouse
 • Follow audit requirements and internal SOPs

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
