Society to Empower People (STEP) is a Virginia-based 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to serving vulnerable communities in Afghanistan and the USA. Through programs in education, micro-finance, needy family support, and emergency response, STEP aims to empower individuals toward self-sufficiency and build stronger, dignified communities.
The Admin & Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management, accounting, budgeting, and administrative functions of the STEP office in Kabul. This role ensures strict compliance with STEP's financial policies, donor requirements, and local Afghan government laws.
