The Afghanistan Relief and Sustainable Development Organization (ARSDO) was established and registered in 2017 with the registration number (4190) at the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. The HR Manager role is a management category position responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of an organization to ensure strategic alignment between ARSDO workforce and business objectives. 

• Recruitment and hiring: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding new employees.
• Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct management to maintain a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations by staying updated on changes and adjusting policies accordingly.
• Training and development: Plan and implement training programs and career development initiatives to improve employee skills and engagement.
• Performance management: Develop and manage a performance appraisal system to track employee performance and drive high performance.
• Compensation and benefits: Oversee payroll and manage employee benefits programs.
• HR strategy and policy: Develop and implement ARSDO HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Workplace culture: Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention programs.
