Job Description

The HR Manager role is a management category position responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of an organization to ensure strategic alignment between ARSDO workforce and business objectives. 

Job Requirements

  • Recruitment and hiring: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations by staying updated on changes and adjusting policies accordingly.
  • Training and development: Plan and implement training programs and career development initiatives to improve employee skills and engagement.
  • Performance management: Develop and manage a performance appraisal system to track employee performance and drive high performance.
  • Compensation and benefits: Oversee payroll and manage employee benefits programs.
  • HR strategy and policy: Develop and implement ARSDO HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Workplace culture: Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention programs.
