Maihan Humanitarian Convergence Organization (MHCO) is a national non-government, non-political, and non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Economy, committed to delivering humanitarian services across Afghanistan. MHCO focuses on various sectors including Health, Education, Gender Justice, Protection, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Food Security, and Organizational Development.
The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring effective financial management, accurate accounting, and compliance with organizational and donor policies. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, processing payments, monitoring project budgets, and supporting audits. The Finance Officer works closely with program, procurement, and administration teams to ensure timely financial support, proper documentation, and transparent financial operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
