Maihan Humanitarian Convergence Organization (MHCO) is a national non-government, non-political, and non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Economy, committed to delivering humanitarian services across Afghanistan. MHCO focuses on various sectors including Health, Education, Protection, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Food Security, and Organizational Development.
The IT–Inventory Officer is responsible for providing first-level IT support, maintaining MHCO’s IT infrastructure, and managing the inventory, IT equipment and office assets in Nangarhar. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, configuring and updating systems, ensuring data security, and training staff on safe IT practices. The role also involves accurate record-keeping of assets, assigning tags, tracking equipment movements, performing periodic verifications, supporting procurement, and preparing reports. The IT–Inventory Officer ensures compliance with MHCO IT and inventory policies, maintains organized documentation, and supports audits and operational efficiency across the organization.
