The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales, registering clients, and promoting the center’s services both inside and outside the facility. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capability to generate new clients through direct engagement, partnerships, and field marketing activities. The Senior Sales Officer ensures customers receive complete, accurate, and timely information about our packages and services, ultimately contributing to the growth and reputation of Madina Specialized Center.
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet customers professionally and provide detailed information about services and packages
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments or packages
Convert walk-in inquiries, calls, and messages into confirmed bookings
Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions
Handle customer objections and questions professionally
B. Client Registration & Documentation
Register new clients and update their service records accurately
Maintain organized client data using provided tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Prepare daily and weekly sales and client activity reports
Ensure transparency and accuracy in all sales-related records
C. Field Marketing & Client Acquisition
Visit gyms, clinics, offices, salons, and other businesses to promote services
Develop business relationships and secure partnerships with external entities
Distribute brochures and introduce packages in a professional manner
Represent Madina Specialized Center confidently in external engagements
D. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with reception, therapists, and management for smooth service delivery
Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements to the relevant departments
Assist in managing bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups
E. Brand Promotion
Assist in creating promotional strategies and outreach activities
Promote services through offline channels and community engagement
Provide feedback to management to improve marketing and sales performance
4. Skills & Competencies
Sales & Negotiation
Strong ability to convert inquiries into sales
Skilled in negotiation and persuasion
Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
Experience in beauty centers, spas, wellness clinics, hotels, or hospitality settings is an advantage
Communication
Excellent verbal communication in Dari; Pashto and English (All three are Must)
Professional, polite, and friendly customer interaction skills
Technical
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and booking tools
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, digital forms)
Ability to prepare daily/weekly reports
Well-groomed and presentable
Honest, responsible, and reliable
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
Strong teamwork and independent working skills
