Maihan Humanitarian Convergence Organization (MHCO) is a national non-government, non-political, and non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Economy, committed to delivering humanitarian services across Afghanistan. MHCO focuses on various sectors including Health, Education, Protection, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Food Security, and Organizational Development.
The Transport Assistant supports the daily management and coordination of MHCO’s vehicle fleet in Nangarhar. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle assignments, maintaining accurate usage and fuel records, monitoring vehicle conditions, and assisting in fleet maintenance and driver supervision. The role ensures vehicles are safe, compliant with regulations, and efficiently utilized for program activities. The Transport Assistant also prepares fleet reports, supports documentation for incidents or maintenance, and assists in implementing cost-effective measures. This position requires coordination with program teams, drivers, and service providers to maintain smooth and safe transport operations.
