Under the overall supervision of the CEA Program Coordinator, the direct supervision of the Senior Program Assistant and the administrative supervision of the relevant HSO, the successful candidate will contribute to the following duties:
Core Functions / Deliverables
Deliverable 1: Daily assessment activities (group consultations or key informant interviews (KIIs) or focus group discussions (FGDs)) as per assessment tools and CEA operational plans, completed and transcribed.
Deliverable 2: Detailed summary (question by question) of completed and transcribed consultation meetings, FGDs and KIIs.
Deliverable 3: Outreach and feedback collection with target community members and individuals through community meetings and helpdesks to inform about IOM programmes and activities, raise awareness about community feedback mechanisms and record feedback.
