• Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Manage accounting systems, with strong emphasis on QuickBooks setup, maintenance, and reporting.
• Establish and enforce internal financial controls, risk management, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Provide regular financial analysis and reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in construction, mining, or project-based organizations.
• Proven expertise in QuickBooks and financial reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of Afghan tax law, compliance, and audit practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto required.
