HEWAD Reconstruction, Health & Humanitarian Assistance Committee is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit charity organization established in 1994. The organization is dedicated to providing medical, educational, social, and humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan, particularly those in need. HEWAD implements primary health care services and prioritizes the delivery of healthcare to the most vulnerable populations, especially women and children. Additionally, HEWAD promotes health education and access to essential services aimed at improving the overall living conditions of Afghan communities.

• Develop field visit plan and implemented properly
• Visit the community and give awareness about the activities of RHWC.
• Distribute the Dignity kit to the beneficiary and keep the record properly
• Coordinate and build relationships with communities especially religious leaders, community elders and women about Mental health and psychosocial counselling awareness and services
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with BPHS /EPHS implementers and concerned stakeholders
• Mobilizes communities to utilize (RHWC) Mental health services.
• Strengths referral system among community and project service delivery points
• During fieldwork support in the identification of Mental health sufferer and referral to any other relevant health sector.
• Conducts individual or group Mental health awareness and health education as required in RHWC.
• Helps the RHWC in charge to prepare MPT schedules based on ground reality to ensure the successful implementation of a plan.
• Supports team members in developing and implementing of community-related activities
• Performs any other official tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• University degree in social science or any other relevant field.
• At least two years full time experience in community mobilization and engagement and psychosocial counseling projects.
• Computer knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in, Dari and Pashtu.
• Ability to travel too extensively to field.
