Tamadur Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company is registered with Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the year 2023. We have identified the need to develop and implement a pharmaceutical factory in line with the directorate of Pharmacy of Afghanistan (The Ministry of Health) and Health Policy. The purpose of the company is to enhance the capacities of Afghanistan, effectively prevent and treat diseases that are of major concern to public health in Afghanistan. Based on our plan we will decide which medical devices are more needed for the people of Afghanistan with the permission of the Ministry of Health. Additionally, we are installing a plant for syringe manufacturing.

Job Summary

In the current era, graphic design plays a vital role in attracting customers. A good and conceptual graphic designer is required for every business entity to improve their business. Our company needs a well-experienced graphic designer that focuses on all media marketing such as printing, social media, video graphics, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
2. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
3. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
4. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
5. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
6. Communicating with colleagues about layout and design.
7. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, etc.
8. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
9. Test graphics across various media
10. Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
11. Develop the graphic elements that meet the company’s objectives.
12. Daily review of social media posts of the company and make a weekly post for different products.
13. Designing, creating, and updating the company’s logo, layouts, photos, profile, Brochure, banners (including stand banner), official ID cards, Business Cards, offset and Flexo prints.
14. Shaping the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.
15. Studying design briefs and determining requirements.
16. Test graphics across various media.
17. Following up and reviewing the company's social media pages for designing innovative and Creative designs for posting.
18. Work on different concept of marketing design and product design via graphic designing.
19. Any other activity assigned by senior management.

• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science will be preferred, with three to five years of professional experience.

Other Skills

• Good communication and written skills specifically in English, Pashto, and Dari.
• Good character and supportive with staff.
• Proactive and enthusiastic personality to lead the tasks efficiently and effectively.
