Safir Drilling and Well Completion Services Consultancy Co. Ltd. is a private, independent project management and engineering consultancy firm based in Ankara, Turkey, specializing in the petroleum, natural gas, and geothermal sectors. The company provides technical and managerial consultancy services with a focus on production drilling and well completion, delivering value to investors through collaboration with an internationally experienced engineering team. In addition to its headquarters in Turkey, Safir Drilling operates a representative office in Kabul, Afghanistan, where it is officially registered under an AISA license and actively engaged in natural gas well drilling and seismic exploration projects.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Petroleum Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will support various petroleum engineering functions related to exploration, drilling, production, and reservoir management. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in the oil and gas sector.

As a Petroleum Engineer, you will contribute to field operations, assist in the development of engineering reports, analyze production data, and help optimize extraction methods to ensure efficient and safe production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
• Strong skills in technical reporting, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, reporting tools).
• Ability to work in remote field locations and in a multicultural environment.
