• Perform RF network planning and optimization activities.

• Carry out area and site surveys to identify RF equipment location and antenna orientation.

• Analyze equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators.

• Perform site candidate evaluation.

• Perform Site Audit and Physical Parameter Modification.

• Perform Site Integration and acceptance for new sites.

• Verify RF-related site engineering drawings.

• Perform frequency, BCC, NCC, and code planning for 3G and 4G.

• Perform co-channel and adjacent channel interference testing and analysis.

• Undertake basic network performance analysis (KPIs) and basic optimization tasks.

• Perform Drive test and post-processing analysis.

• Undertake customer complaint follow-up and troubleshooting.

• Reporting to the Senior staff/Manager for day-to-day activity.

Essential: High school graduate with one year of relevant experience.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
