Call for Trainers – Multiple Programs (PMP, M&E, Research, Finance, Procurement, MHPSS, etc.)

Kara Development Network is a non-profit, non-political, non-government, women led & charity Organization established in 2019 by a group of well educated, highly motivated, experienced & professional youths with a clear understanding from Afghan society. Kara centered its activities to Afghanistan, where it works to promote Human Rights, Health, Research, Capacity Building, Education, Psychosocial Services to contribute to civil society development, Youth Empowerment. 

Kara Organization is announcing a Call for Trainers to support its professional training and capacity-building initiatives in Afghanistan. We are seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver high-quality, practical, and engaging training sessions across a wide range of specialized fields.

The selected trainers will be responsible for preparing training modules, delivering interactive sessions, and ensuring participants acquire knowledge and skills that can be directly applied in their professional roles. Trainings are designed for NGOs, civil society organizations, government staff, and private sector professionals, and focus on building capacity in both technical and soft skills.

Training Areas Include:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preparation

2. Research and Professional Report Writing

3. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

4. Proposal Writing, Fundraising, and Donor Communication

5. Islamic Banking

6. Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness & Employee Relationships

7. Climate Change and Policy Design

8. Food Security and Safety

9. Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

10. Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)

11. Procurement and Logistic

12. Finance

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong facilitation skills, subject-matter expertise, and a passion for knowledge-sharing. Trainers will work closely with Kara’s program team to ensure trainings are practical, inclusive, and aligned with organizational and donor standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of proven professional experience in the subject area.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in Dari and Pashto; English is an advantage.

• Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Willingness to travel to provinces if required.
