Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in exploration engineering or geology.
• Extensive fieldwork experience in mapping, surveying, and sampling.
• Proficiency in geological data analysis and resource estimation techniques.
• Skilled in using exploration software (GIS, AutoCAD, Compass, GPS, resource modeling tools).
• Experience in project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of environmental and regulatory frameworks in mining.

  Key Responsibilities

  Site Evaluation & Discovery

• Conduct geological surveys, mapping, and field investigations.
• Use geological data, satellite imagery, and modern tools to identify mineral deposits.

• Resource Assessment

• Analyze geological formations and exploration data to estimate mineral reserves.
• Perform drilling, core logging, and sampling for resource modeling.

• Exploration Planning

• Develop and execute exploration strategies, drilling programs, and survey designs.
• Ensure accurate data collection and integration into exploration models.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize GIS, AutoCAD, and resource modeling software for data interpretation.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Risk & Compliance

• Assess operational and environmental risks during exploration.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and mining regulations.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, and environmental experts.
• Liaise with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders.

• Innovation & Strategic Planning

• Apply modern technologies and methods to improve exploration outcomes.
• Contribute to decision-making and long-term project development strategies.
