VDO is an independent, non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization established in January 07, 2015. The organization is composed with a strong and committed team to respond to the needs of Afghanistan. VDO’s special concentration on project implementation is impact- centered approach and VDO ‘s team is committed to work for the welfare and progress of society and the vulnerable people. VDO ‘s efforts focus on changing mentalities and attitudes about women’s participation and contribution in the society. Not only, it also focuses on economic development, advocacy, research and girl’s education.

• Monitor and control the daily visit of visitors to the Office.
• Verify the identity of visitors and ensure they follow established entry procedures.
• Guard the entrance gate and control vehicular and pedestrian access.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles and individuals.
• Provide security surveillance during day and night shifts within the office premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
• Alert relevant authorities and follow established protocols in case of breaches or threats.
• Assist and guide authorized visitors to their designated areas within the office premises.
• Ensure visitors comply with security regulations and procedures

• 12 Grade and/or Diploma in any field will be prioritized.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, watchman, guard in NGO / INGO environment is required.
• Having professional and polite behavior

Commitment and Dedication:

• Willingness to work outside official hours

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in both national language (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
