Job Summary 
EZ 2 Ship LLC is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher /Call Center
Operator to join our night shift team in Kabul. The ideal candidate will have
experience in dispatching, logistics, or call center operations, and be proficient in 
Microsoft Office. You’ll be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules,
and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team. 

Key Responsibilities 
Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across various routes 
Monitor traffic and route conditions to optimize delivery times 
Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and messaging
platforms 
Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer support 
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
Prepare and submit daily reports and updates 
Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary 
Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure efficiency 

Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or call center operations preferred. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required). 
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks under pressure. 
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) .
Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems is an advantage.
