• Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks to ensure seamless connectivity for all users.
• Install, configure, and manage windows operating systems, softwares and hardwares on devices.
• Provide timely technical assistance to staff (remote or physical).
• Company’s website update and maintenance.
• CCTV surveillance system configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensure data backups
• Liaise and communicate with vendors and service providers

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
• Working knowledge of SQL server database.
• Strong knowledge of Mikrotik
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design is a plus point.
