Westgate Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Call Center Representative with strong communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate must be:

✅ Fluent in English
✅ Skilled in Graphic Design
✅ Experienced in Web Development
✅ Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally

• Communicate fluently in English with local and international clients

• Design creative content (social media posts, flyers, web banners, etc.)

• Update and maintain company websites (WordPress, HTML/CSS, etc.)

• Assist with digital marketing and branding

• Organize client data and follow up with leads

• Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Design, Business, or related field

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

• Strong skills in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)

• Hands-on experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.)

• Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred

• Strong multitasking and time management skill
