Organization for Community Coordination and Development (OCCD) established and registered with Ministry of Economy in 2013, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and independent organization. OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture and Livestock, Research and Development

1. Active participation in morning report and ward rounds, and providing appropriate scientific and professional feedback regarding patient treatment.
2. Organizing and presenting scientific conferences for doctors, especially junior doctors, and offering them scientific and professional recommendations.
3. Performing specialized procedures and surgeries (including abdominal, thoracic, and urological operations), and teaching them to junior doctors.
4. Conducting medical consultations referred from other departments or hospitals.
5. Providing professional advice to junior doctors regarding the treatment of emergency and complicated patients who arrive during unofficial hours, until recovery is ensured.
6. Continuous improvement of service quality in the delivery of healthcare.
7. Evaluating, supporting, and encouraging junior doctors to enhance their professional capabilities.
8. Implementing new treatment policies and surgical procedural reforms.
9. Conducting scientific conferences and workshops to promote the scientific knowledge of doctors in the relevant department.
10. Continuous self-development of scientific and professional knowledge.
11. Wearing proper medical uniform during official working hours inside the hospital.
12. Assisting doctors in resolving their scientific and technical issues.
13. Performing night duties as scheduled by the department head.
14. Maintaining a kind and friendly attitude toward patients and all visitors.
15. Active participation in sub-committee meetings related to operations and performance of the respective department.
16. Strict adherence to the established standards in the surgical department.
17. Active participation in quarterly and annual evaluations of the established standards in the relevant department.
18. Participation in preparing work plans based on standards, in line with quarterly evaluations, and following up on their implementation.

1.Surgeon Specialist must be graduated from a well-known Faculty

2.Good skills in negotiation and communication

3.familiar with the English language
