We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through policies and HR strategies aligned with our goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee employee relations, performance, and development
Maintain HR records, policies, and systems
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and manage contracts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Plan and facilitate staff development and training programs
Oversee performance evaluation and appraisal system
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a managerial or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and labor law
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
