Afghan Peace Builders Humanitarian Organization APBHO has emerged as a non-governmental, non-political, not-for-profit organization in April 2019 with its long experience as a team (Youth Council) advocating for the rights of communities especially children and women affected by conflicts, and humanitarian crisis in fragile settings.

Most of APBHO’s peacebuilding efforts focus on community-based conflict resolution and environmental peace-building on grass-root level.  APBHO aims to shift repressive gender norms and equip citizens with the skills to resolve any type of differences and conflicts non-violently.

Afghan Peace Builders Humanitarian Organization (APBHO) strategically implements sustainable economic empowerment/asset creation, time-critical emergency responses with various commodities including Food and Non-Food Items, research, advocacy, and promotion of peace projects with a cross-cutting focus on youth and women.

Job Descriptions:

Curriculum Development:

  • Design a comprehensive curriculum covering essential e-marketing skills, including social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, SEO, analytics, and more.
  • Continuously review and update training materials to keep pace with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions both online and in-person (if applicable) that cater to a variety of learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Break down complex e-marketing concepts into clear, manageable modules, ensuring all participants can follow along and apply the material.
  • Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and interactive activities to promote active learning and real-world application.

Mentorship and Support:

  • Provide individual mentorship to participants, helping them apply learned e-marketing skills to their businesses.
  • Offer personalized guidance on specific marketing strategies, addressing each business’s unique needs and goals.
  • Be available for follow-up consultations and feedback sessions to ensure participants are progressing toward their marketing objectives.

Performance Assessment:

  • Assess participants’ understanding and progress through quizzes, hands-on projects, group discussions, and performance evaluations.
  • Track participant growth and identify areas needing further support or clarification.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to refine the training program, ensuring it meets participant needs effectively.

Market Trends Update:

  • Stay informed about the latest e-marketing trends, tools, and strategies, including updates from major platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing software.
  • Integrate current trends and updates into the curriculum to keep participants competitive in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and online courses to maintain a high standard of industry knowledge.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other trainers, program coordinators, and support staff to align e-marketing training with the broader business acceleration objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure consistent communication on participant progress, training outcomes, and any necessary adjustments to the program.
  • Coordinate with industry professionals, guest speakers, or successful business leaders to provide additional insights, networking opportunities, or real-life case studies for participants.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant attendance, performance assessments, and feedback.
  • Prepare regular progress reports summarizing training milestones, participant engagement, and overall program impact.
  • Document best practices, successful case studies, and lessons learned to improve future training cycles.

Post-Training Evaluation and Support:

  • Develop follow-up materials and support resources for participants to continue applying what they’ve learned after the program ends.
  • Create a community platform or group for ongoing discussion, questions, and resource sharing.
  • Conduct a post-training evaluation to gather insights on the effectiveness of the training and identify further areas of support or improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-marketing training, with a strong portfolio of successful online campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Training Skills: Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, patience, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet participant needs.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
  • Creativity: Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging, interactive training materials.
