MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country.

The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies.                         
 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

1. Act according MOVE Welfare Organization policies and procedures (HR, Log, Fin…).
2.  Planning, implementing and supervision of the MHTs projects in according to the project objectives.
3. Responsible for the implementation of work plan and action plan for the MHT target achievement.
4. Responsible to compile reports and develop health information system (HMIS).
5. Coordinate technical issues with PHD, MOPH and partner organization with communication of program manager and participated in PHCC meetings. 
6. Develop supervisory and monitoring system .strengthens supervisors for implementation .ensure data collection .record data .analyze  and provide feedback to relevant department
7.  Coordinate the activities with the project manager on program aspects.
8. Prepare monthly and quarterly project report and timely submit to project manager.
9. Responsible for evaluation of staff regarding the needs and quality service providing.
10. Develop concrete evaluation indicators for the program.
11. Plan and implement the capacity building plan based on agreed annual work plan.
12. Responsible for frequent travel to all MHTs based on supervision plan and ensuring the activity has done by MHT team members.
13. Manage appropriate and timely supply of drugs, equipment’s, logistics supplies and salaries of health facilities.
14. Responsible to set the project indictors and follow the performances against objectives
15. Identify and report immediately any problem which is interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/her immediate supervisor.
16. Do whatever related to the job asked by supervisor.

To ensure himself against the quality and quantity of the service performance by the MHT.

🔹 Medical Degree
🔹 At least 5 years of experience working in NGO management
🔹 Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken and written).

🔹 Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant applications
